#EmpowerHER is a dynamic network of women who are deeply engaged in the startup ecosystem. This network provides a platform for women to inspire and drive investments in women-led ventures, promote financial growth, and create a fun and enriching community experience. 

This NoBa initiative also offers educational opportunities to deepen understanding of the venture ecosystem, provide strong support to women entrepreneurs, and foster connections with allies and advocates committed to empowering women in business.

With less than 3% of venture capital funding going to female-led startups, creating a supportive culture among women in the workforce is more important than ever. Every story shared and each partnership forged fuels our collective mission to empower female entrepreneurship.

Our vision is to build a space where women truly feel they belong, surrounded by a passionate community with a shared purpose. By encouraging active engagement, our members can experience a real sense of agency and contribution. We’re all about opting in with enthusiasm, which naturally fosters a deep commitment to supporting and investing in women-led ventures.
